LIMITED WARRANTY – CONTINENTAL USA ONLy

 
E.G. International (dba. Elite Guitar) warrants the Cling On Tuner against manufacturer‘s defects in material or workmanship. If this product fails due to manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will either repair or replace it at our option. To be covered under this Limited Warranty, the tuner must be purchased either from us or from any authorized Cling On Tuner dealer (doing business in the 48 contiguous states of America) and accompanied with a valid dated sales receipt. This warranty applies to the original owner for 1 (ONE) full year from the date of purchase. Warranty is void if the product is sold or transferred.

 

EXCLUSIONS AND LIABILITY LIMITATIONS:

 
This warranty shall not cover any problem that is a result of accidental damage, improper care, negligence, or caused by abuse or misuse of the product, damage caused in the shipping or handling of the product, malfunctions caused by other equipment, or an act of God. In addition, this warranty does not cover any injury to the user, consequential or incidental damages to other equipment or property. BATTERY IS NOT COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY!
 
Liability under this warranty is strictly and solely limited to the replacement of the product ONLY and excludes shipping charges. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to mail the defective item to us. We do not authorize any dealer representative to enlarge the scope of this limited warranty. This expressly made limited warranty is in lieu of other warranties expressed or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness. There are no other warranties beyond those described.

Before initiating a claim, please verify that the battery is not depleted or nearly depleted. Nearly depleted battery will affect the performance of the tuner, including reduced sensitivity, slower or no response. This is not a defect of the product itself and replacement of the battery is not covered under this warranty!
 
 

HOW TO PROCESS A WARRANTY CLAIM:

Processing your warranty claim is easy. Simply contact us via the Contact Us form here on our site. Please describe briefly the problem you are experiencing with the product, as problems can often be resolved without the need to process an exchange. We will provide you with address where to send the defective product. Please with your return include a proof of purchase (copy of receipt).  Once we receive your item, we will either repair or send you a replacement (at our option). Processing time is 5 to 14 business days. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return to us. We will cover the shipping cost to send you the replacement. 

 
Repair Service Request Form (RSR Form) can be downloaded here. Completed copy of this form should accompany all claims for repair or replacement mailed to us.
 
For any repair or service requests, we recommend that you use a traceable method of shipping, e.g. using a tracking number, or other delivery confirmation method when mailing anything to us. We are not liable for any product that did not reach us and there is no proof that it was delivered to us.
 
In the event the product returned is not available, or is no longer in production or obsolete, E.G. International (dba. Elite Guitar) reserves the right to replace that product with similar one that has equal or similar features.
 
We reserve the right to modify, update or change the terms of our warranty at any time without notice. The most up to date warranty policy will always be available here on this page.  This is what will be in force at the time of filing a warranty claim.

BY USING OUR PRODUCTS YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT HOLD US LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO ANY PROPERTY OR ANY PERSON AS A RESULT FROM USING THESE PRODUCTS. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY MADE IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS.
